These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of becomeperpetual.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Perpetual Immigration ("Perpetual," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Perpetual Immigration is an immigration consulting and case-management service. We are not a law firm, we do not employ or hold ourselves out as attorneys, and nothing on this Site or provided through our services constitutes legal advice or legal representation. Immigration law is complex and outcomes depend on individual circumstances. For legal advice about your specific situation, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney.
Perpetual provides informational guidance, case-management support, and document-organization assistance to help individuals understand and pursue immigration, residency, and citizenship pathways. Our services may include AI-assisted tools ("Perpetual AI") that help match you to potential pathways, organize documents, and answer general questions. The specific scope of services for your case, and any associated fees, will be confirmed separately with you before work begins.
Use of the Site, submission of a consultation request, or use of Perpetual AI does not create an attorney-client relationship, a fiduciary relationship, or any relationship beyond a service provider and client. Where we refer you to or coordinate with a licensed attorney, any attorney-client relationship exists solely between you and that attorney, under separate terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or request our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you contact us or submit a consultation request, and you are solely responsible for the truthfulness and authenticity of any documents or information you provide to us or to any government authority.
An initial consultation requested through the Site is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. Any fees for ongoing case-management or consulting services will be disclosed to you and agreed upon separately before they apply. We do not currently process payments through the Site.
Perpetual AI is a tool intended to assist with — not replace — human review of your case. AI-generated information, document checklists, and suggested pathways are provided "as is," may not be fully accurate or complete, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for review by our team or for independent legal advice. We review AI-assisted output as part of our service, but you remain responsible for verifying any information before acting on it or submitting it to a government authority.
Decisions on visa, residency, and citizenship applications are made solely by the relevant government authorities. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved, that any particular timeline will be met, or that any estimated processing time will be accurate.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Perpetual or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services (such as government portals or partner attorneys) that we do not control and are not responsible for. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that party's own terms.
THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERPETUAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country or state of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
You agree to indemnify and hold Perpetual harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any inaccurate or fraudulent information you provide to us or to a government authority.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [State], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Perpetual regarding the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
