We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information; to receive a portable copy of it; to object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. You may submit a request by emailing hello@becomeperpetual.com. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Several other states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, among others) have enacted comprehensive privacy laws that grant residents rights similar to those described above, such as the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. If you reside in one of these states, you may exercise your rights by contacting us at the email address above.
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
